Preventing illness through regular check ups with your Medicare approved doctor is the first step to a long and healthy life. Routine health care can prevent illness or determine if you have a problem that needs early treatment. For women, regular check ups including mammography and pap tests can be a life saver. Men need routine exams as well including a PSA test. Both men and women can benefit from regular screenings for things like colorectal cancer and seasonal flu shots.
